Customer Review: Bad customer service
Beware: Bargain Cell has poor (meaning rude, arrogant and unhelpful) customer service. Be prepared to wait a good week for your order to arrive - and for them to patronize and not assist if that is too late for your needs.
I paid more here for this charger b/c of Amazon’s reliable reputation and didn’t realize this purchase is purely sub-contracted to Bargain Cell, who are awful. I’ll be sure to never buy from them again and will research to see if I’m actually buying from Amazon or someone else in the future.
Customer Review: BEWARE THE BUNDLES-READ CLOSELY
Don’t know whether to blame Amazon or Vendor, but when you click on the bundle option you get a charger and battery that don’t match!! Yes I am at fault for not noticing it was an NP-40 charger and an NP-20 battery, but jeez, why in the world would you even offer a bundle of incompatible products?? Square peg, round hole, folks.
